Halo hits $300 million in a week!!!

So it looks like with all the talk about Microsoft and Bungie switching bed partners they still have one thing in common..Making tons of cold hard Halo cash!! Yes folks, amidst the rumors of the breakup, Halo 3 is reported to have raked up a whopping $300 Million in first week sales!! The "Halo Effect" has nearly tripled the sales of 360s as well!! This aforementioned "effect" has trickled down to helping boost the sign up rate for Microsoft's paid "Xbox Live" subscriptions!! The first two Halo games were said to have sold 14.8 million copies!! Halo 3 is estimated to have sold 5.2 million copies taking the total Halo franchise sales to a ginormous over 20 million sold!! Wow just wow!!! Good work Microsoft, Bungee, & of course Master Chief!!! Get your Microsoft stock now (currently around $29.00/share)..lol!!! Hope the Microsoft & Bungee rumors turn out to be false but you never know in the cutthroat world of gaming!!!
